Relaxation and Mild Stress

For 60 ml or 2 oz
Carrier oil: jojoba oil or any of your choice.
Method: Topically as a massage oil.

Recipe 1


Lavender - 5 drops
Rosemary - 10 drops
Cypress- 15 drops


Recipe 2

Chamomile- 5 drops
Lemon- 10 drops
Marjoram- 15 drops

Recipe 3


Neroli- 5 drops
Nutmeg- 8 drops
Pettigraine- 17 drops



 Antifungal Blend



For a 15 ml container (1/2 oz)
Carrier oil: Rose Hip
Method: Topical at 2% dilution

Recipe

Mix the ff:

1 drop Clove
1 drop Ginger
2 drops Cypress
2 drops Melealuca (Tea Tree)

Add the mixture to a 15 ml Rose Hip. Apply to the area on the skin.


Pain and Tension Relief Blend - for swollen wrist



For a 30 ml container (1 oz)
Carrier oil: Argan Oil
Method: Topical as massage oil at 3% dilution

Recipe

Mix the ff:

2 drops Clove
2 drops Ginger
3 drops Rosemary
3 drops Cypress
4 drops Eucalyptus
4 drops Lavender

Add the mixture to a 30 ml Argan Oil. Massage the affected area (hand wrist) for 10 to 15 minutes.
